Sound Engineer and Drummer
After starting my career as a professional drummer, where I had the honor of playing as a drummer and percussionist with Angelo Branduardi, I left Italy to land first in Ireland and then in London.
After earning my Diploma in Audio Engineering in London at Alchemea Audio Engineering College, I worked as an assistant engineer at the famous SARM Studios, in Basing Street, at the time one of the few large recording studios still active in London, for the famous producer Trevor Horn. As an assistant I had the opportunity to work for artists such as Trevor Horn, Seal, Emilie Sandé, The Maccabies, Paloma Faith, Ellie Goulding, Micheal Kiwanuka, Jeff Beck, Yes, Steve Lipson, and for music labels such as Universal Music, Sony, ZTT , British broadcasters BBC and Channel4.
As a freelance I then started collaborating for the equally famous Metropolis Studios in London, where I worked as an assistant alongside artists such as Mikka, Will I Am, Vangelis, Blue.
My freelance experience also gave me the opportunity to work in one of London's best private recording studios, the MasterChordStudio, where I had the chance to record numerous Jazz and classical music projects for artists and producers such as Claire Martin. , Anthony Pleath, Calum Malcolm, Alex Hutton, Sarah Jane Morris and for labels such as Linn Records and 20Th Century Fox Chile.
I returned to Italy with a wealth of experience acquired working for years alongside engineers and producers of international caliber. Opening Googwaverecordings studio has been on my mind for some time. My intention was to create a studio technically equipped with the best gear and at the same time in contact with Nature. Mountains, woods and valleys that I have always carried in my heart. The environment and the tranquility that surrounds us helps the concentration and well-being of artists and musicians looking for a professional recording studio. Spiazzo, a small and enchanting mountain village nestled in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, between the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello! Here music is at home: nature gives us sounds and silences that constantly inspire.
